Engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the S-Series packs a full cookline into a single 60-inch footprint. With 211,000 total BTU, a space-saving convection oven and built-in storage cabinet, it delivers the power, versatility and durability chefs expect from Southbend.

  • 36″ x 24″ ½″ polished steel griddle (left side) with raised splash on three sides; manual controls for precise zone cooking.
  • 35,000 BTU convection oven (175–550 °F) with snap-action thermostat, ½ hp fan motor and 5-position rack guides.
  • Aluminized cabinet base on the right—perfect for sheet pans, stock pots or smallwares; optional doors available.
  • Dual removable crumb drawers keep the work top clean while cooking.
  • 22.5″ flue riser with single shelf adds convenient plating or utensil storage above the range.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, shelf and 4″ front rail stand up to daily commercial abuse and wipe down fast at closing time.
