  • Six 28,000 BTU non-clog open burners with removable cast-iron grates (lifetime warranty).
  • 24" thermostatic griddle on the right—½" polished steel plate, 3 × 16,000 BTU burners, 175 – 550 °F range.
  • 35,000 BTU convection oven (snap-action thermostat) with ½ hp blower for even baking.
  • Left-hand cabinet base keeps sheet pans, sauté pans and dry goods within arm’s reach.
  • Two full-width crumb drawers, hinged lower valve panel and lift-off burner heads speed clean-up.
  • 4" stainless front rail, 22.5" flue riser with integrated shelf & 6" adjustable stainless legs.
  • Factory-installed ¾" regulator; cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star & NSF listed.

Space-Saver Convection Oven

  • 26" W × 24" D × 14" H porcelain-enameled cavity.
