  • 24" raised, ½" thick polished steel griddle plate with broiler drawer below (right-side mount, 33,500 BTU total).
  • 35,000 BTU convection oven (175 °F – 550 °F) with snap-action thermostat, 5-position rack guides & 2 chrome racks.
  • Aluminized cabinet base keeps pans & smallwares at arm’s reach; optional doors available at no charge.

  • One-piece removable crumb drawer, hinged lower valve panel & metal control knobs for easy cleaning.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, removable shelf, 4" front rail with closed end caps & 6" adjustable legs.
