Built for demanding commercial kitchens, the Southbend S-Series combines rugged stainless-steel construction, precise thermostatic controls, and a space-saving 60" footprint. Two high-power open burners, a full 48" griddle, and twin convection ovens give you the versatility to sauté, sear, bake, and roast without breaking stride during the rush.
