Southbend’s S-Series 60-inch range pairs high-performance, 28,000 BTU open burners with a precision thermostatic griddle and dual space-saving convection ovens—giving busy kitchens the flexibility to sauté, sear, grill, bake, and roast at the same time.

  • Install under a suitable ventilation hood; 0" clearance to non-combustible surfaces, 10" to combustibles.
  • If casters are added, use a restraining device to protect the gas hose.
