  • Snap-action thermostats (175 – 550 °F) let you dial in exact surface temps for breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.
  • 35,000 BTU convection oven with U-shaped burner, ½ hp fan motor, and on/off switch for standard-oven mode.
  • Five-position rack guides; includes two chrome racks.
  • Aluminized open cabinet base provides quick access dry storage (optional no-charge doors available).
  • Two removable, one-piece crumb drawers speed daily clean-up.
  • Hinged lower valve panel for fast service access.
