The Southbend S-Series packs searing open-top power, a precision-controlled griddle, and a high-performance convection oven into a rugged, service-friendly chassis built for demanding commercial kitchens.

- Two (2) 28,000 BTU open burners with patented, non-clog cast-iron heads (lifetime warranty).
- Left-side 36" griddle plate, ½" polished steel, heated by four 16,000 BTU burners & governed by snap-action thermostatic controls (200 – 550 °F).
- Full-size 35,000 BTU convection oven: 1 / 2 hp fan, 5-position rack guides, two heavy-duty racks included.
- Right-side aluminized cabinet base for dry storage; optional center-opening doors available at no charge.
