  • 24" smooth, ½"-thick steel thermostatic griddle (right-hand), 3 burners @ 16,000 BTU each, 175-550 °F range.
  • 35,000 BTU convection oven with 5-position rack guides, (2) chrome racks, and snap-action thermostat for fast temperature recovery.
  • Left-side cabinet base for dry storage — optional doors available at no charge.
  • Removable cast-iron grate tops (fit stock pots up to 14") and (2) one-piece crumb drawers for quick cleanup.
  • Hinged lower valve panel and rear ¾" NPT connection simplify installation and service.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, 4" welded front rail, and removable high shelf resist daily wear.
  • 6" stainless adjustable legs (casters optional) meet combustible-floor clearance requirements.
