Combine powerful open-top cooking, a space-saving griddle, and an efficient convection oven in a single 48-inch footprint. The Southbend S-Series delivers 195,000 BTU of reliable heat wrapped in a rugged stainless-steel chassis that’s easy to clean and NSF-listed for the line.

  • Convection oven base – 35,000 BTU U-shaped burner, snap-action thermostat (175-550 °F), 5-position rack guides and 2 included racks.
  • Left-hand cabinet base – Keep sheet pans, smallwares or hotel pans within arm’s reach (optional doors available at no charge).
  • Service-friendly design – 2 full-width crumb drawers, hinged lower valve panel and individual removable cast-iron grate tops (fit up to 14″ stock pots).
  • Durable construction – Stainless-steel front, sides, 4″ front rail with welded end caps, removable high-shelf and 6″ adjustable legs.
  • Factory-installed ¾″ pressure regulator, rear gas connection and ½ HP fan motor with on/off switch for static-bake flexibility.
