Built for life on the cook line, the Southbend S-Series packs a 36" thermostatic griddle and a space-saving oven into a rugged stainless-steel frame just 36½" wide. Four independent 16,000 BTU burners, a ½" thick polished steel plate and snap-action thermostats give you the responsiveness you need for breakfast rushes, all-day sauté work or late-night sears.
