Designed for busy commercial kitchens that need big-range versatility in a small footprint, the Southbend S-Series delivers 139,000 BTU of reliable, easy-to-service power. Two lifetime-warrantied 28,000 BTU open burners, a full 24" manual-control griddle, and a space-saving standard oven give your crew the flexibility to sauté, sear, grill and bake from one rugged station.
