Built for the daily grind of commercial kitchens, the S-Series packs heavy-duty power into a space-saving 36 inch footprint. Six lifetime-warrantied cast-iron burners deliver even heat, while a high-efficiency convection oven turns out perfectly baked, roasted, or finished dishes at the flip of a switch.

Installation Notice: Maintain 10" clearance to combustible surfaces when using legs or casters, and always install under a properly vented hood. Oversized cookware (≥ 12") should be kept to the rear burners to avoid excessive heat on the front rail.
