Engineered for high-volume, all-day production, the Southbend Platinum PE24N-BB packs four 9" solid round hot plates into a compact 24" footprint. Its rugged stainless steel body, fully insulated burner box and precision 4-position heat switches give chefs the power and reliability they need on the busiest cooklines.

Oversized Cookware Policy: Pots & pans 12" or larger should be kept on the rear hot plates. Allowing cookware to overhang the front rail can trap heat and shorten component life.
