Model PE24C-HH | cCSAus & NSF ListedTackle demanding production volumes in a tight footprint with the Platinum Series PE24C-HH. Twin 12" × 24" solid hot plates deliver a combined 10.6 kW of searing power, while the heavy-gauge stainless cabinet base gives you rugged storage right on the cook line.
