Model PE24C-BB • 4 × 9" Round Hot Plates • Cabinet BaseBuilt for the most demanding commercial kitchens, the Southbend Platinum PE24C-BB delivers rugged performance, precise temperature control and the durability operators expect from a true heavy-duty range—all in a compact 24 inch footprint. Four high-output, solid 9" hot plates sit above a full stainless cabinet base to keep cookware, utensils or sheet pans within easy reach.

- Individual 4-position switch for every plate — High • Medium • Low • Off.
- Stainless steel front, sides, rear & exterior bottom resist corrosion and simplify cleaning.
- Fully-insulated burner box maximises energy efficiency and keeps work areas cooler.
- 9-1/4" deep front rail provides a convenient landing zone for pans.
- 5" stainless flue riser directs heat and vapour to the ventilation hood.
