  • Bakery-depth cavity fits 5 full-size sheet pans front-to-back on 11 rack positions.
  • Soft-Air ½ HP two-speed fan sweeps heat evenly across every rack.
  • Coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel interior cleans up fast and won’t trap debris.
  • Dependent doors with full-view windows open a full 180° and seal with a dual-gasket system to lock in heat.
  • Stainless steel front, sides, top and 26" triangular legs stand up to busy commercial kitchens.
  • “Plug-in, plug-out” slide-out control panel speeds service and minimizes downtime.
