The Platinum P36-BBC drops straight onto a countertop, chef base, freezer base, or the rest of your Platinum battery, giving you uncompromising heavy-duty performance without adding floor space.

- 12" charbroiler section — two 16,000 BTU burners, stainless-steel radiants, and reversible cast-iron grates (1/8" or 1/4" pattern) for perfect grill marks up to 600 °F.
- Fully modular: mount on counter, refrigerated base, or join to other Platinum sections via the 1-1/4" front gas manifold.
- Rugged #3-finish stainless steel front, sides, rear & exterior bottom; fully-insulated burner box for cooler kitchen temps.
- 9-1/4" deep front rail doubles as a convenient plating shelf.
- 5" stainless flue riser included (24" & 36" risers, shelving, and salamander/cheesemelter options available).
