Model P36-BBC | 172,000 BTU | Cabinet Base | Made in USABuilt for high-volume kitchens that refuse to compromise, the Southbend Platinum 36" sectional range marries intense firepower with rock-solid construction. Four patented clog-free open burners pair with a 12" manual charbroiler, giving chefs the versatility to sear, sauté, grill and finish on a single heavy-duty platform.
Cooktop Configuration
- Four 35,000 BTU open burners (patented clog-free design) with removable welded-steel grates and slide-out drip tray for fast clean-up.
- 12" charbroiler with two 16,000 BTU stainless-radiant burners, high/low manual control, and reversible cast-iron grates that flip for 1/8" or 1/4" grid width and adjust front-to-back for perfect branding.
- Even heat up to 600 °F on the broiler and 700 °F plate temperature on the open tops.
