Model P36A-GRAD | CSA & NSF CertifiedBuilt for relentless commercial duty, the Platinum Series P36A-GRAD combines a 62,000 BTU graduated hot top with a high-performance 45,000 BTU convection oven. From a gentle simmer on the perimeter to a scorching 900 °F sear at the center, this 36 inch range delivers the power, precision, and durability chefs demand.

- Full-width graduated hot top – removable steel plates provide progressive heat (≈ 900 °F center to <200 °F edge).
- Single 62,000 BTU NAT gas burner with battery spark ignition and simple High/Low manual control.
- 45,000 BTU convection oven with standing pilot, “Insta-On” thermostat 175–550 °F, and ½ HP two-speed blower.
- Includes 3 chrome-plated racks; five position rails fit full-size sheet pans either direction.
- Rugged stainless steel front, sides, rear & exterior bottom resist corrosion and daily abuse.
- 9-1/4 inch deep front rail doubles as a landing ledge for pans and plating.
- 5 inch stainless flue riser directs heat into the hood, keeping the cookline comfortable.
- 6 inch adjustable stainless steel legs for fast leveling on uneven floors.
- Fully-insulated burner box and oven cavity improve efficiency and shorten recovery times.

Minimum clearances – 0" from non-combustibles, 6" from combustibles. Supply pressure: 7" W.C. NAT (11" W.C. LP). Oversized cookware (≥ 12" Ø) should be kept toward the rear of the hot top to avoid excessive front-rail heat.
