Southbend’s Platinum Series sectional range pairs a blistering-hot charbroiler, a versatile hot top and a full-size oven inside a rugged 32-inch chassis that batteries perfectly with the rest of the Platinum line.

- 16" Hot Top – 2 × 20,000 BTU burners with high/low manual valve; removable steel plates reach 700 °F for stockpots, sauté pans or holding.
- 16" Infra-Charbroiler – 2 × 20,000 BTU burners, stainless-steel radiants and reversible cast-iron grates (1/8" or 1/4" grid) that adjust front-to-back for perfect branding at an even 600 °F.
- Standard oven base – 45,000 BTU burner, 175–550 °F thermostat, porcelain-enameled interior with two chrome racks and five position side rails.
- 9-1/4" deep front rail and clog-free cast-iron top grates built for oversized cookware.
- All-stainless exterior (front, sides, bottom) plus fully insulated liner and burner box.
- 5" stainless flue riser keeps heat and grease moving toward the hood.
- 1-1/4" front gas manifold couples to adjacent Platinum sections; 1" rear male NPT inlet.
- 6" stainless-steel adjustable legs included (casters available).
- Battery-spark ignition (cooktop) and standing oven pilot for reliable starts.
