- Roll-out broiler grid (24½" W × 28" D) glides out 17¼" and locks into four height positions for perfect caramelization.
- Overhead warming oven (25" W × 25" D) is heated by flue gases—keep steaks, plates, or sides at serving temperature without using extra energy.
- Full-size standard oven base (45,000 BTU) fits 26" × 26" sheet pans either direction and features an “Insta-On” thermostat from 175–550 °F.
- All-stainless exterior (front, sides, back) plus a fully insulated broiler and oven chamber for cooler work areas and energy efficiency.
- Removable drip drawer simplifies cleanup; 6" adjustable stainless legs make leveling fast on any surface.
