A full-inch thick plate, rugged stainless construction, and simple manual controls make it the dependable workhorse for breakfast lines, short-order menus, and chef-driven finishing stations.

Shipping & Installation Notes

  • Ships in one crate: 20" W x 21" H x 42.5" D (10.3 cu ft).
  • Unit requires installation under a vented hood by a qualified technician.
  • A regulated gas supply is mandatory; order regulator if not already on site.
  • If a flexible gas hose is used, an ANSI Z21.69 approved restraining device must be installed.
Important: Manual griddles are non-thermostatic and will not maintain a specific set temperature. Use a surface thermometer to verify plate temperature for critical menu items.
