This compact, heavy-duty charbroiler harnesses two powerful 20,000 BTU stainless-steel burners and a bed of lava rock briquettes to deliver authentic flame-kissed results in the smallest of footprints. Built for the rigors of high-volume commercial kitchens, the HDCL-12 features fully welded stainless construction, cast-iron reversible grates, and tool-free components that make daily cleaning fast and easy.

Operational Note: Do not place sheet pans over the grates during cleaning—reflected heat can damage internal components and will void warranty. Oversized cookware (12" Ø or larger) should be kept to the rear portion of the grate to prevent excess heat on the front rail.
