Description
Southbend Steam GCX-10S-6-6 is a gas convection steamer/kettle with two compartments and two 6-gallon kettles.
Each compartment accommodates five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 inch pans and includes a 60-minute timer. The unit features a 316 stainless steel liner, 304 stainless steel construction, automatic water level control, electronic ignition and automatic blowdown.
Additional equipment includes removable stainless steel pan supports, a deck-mount faucet valve, swing nozzle, integral sink, 6-inch legs and adjustable flanged feet. Intended for commercial use only.
