Description
The Southbend Steam GCX-10S-6-10 is a gas convection steamer/kettle with two compartments, one 6-gallon kettle, and one 10-gallon kettle. Each compartment accommodates five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 inch pans.
This unit includes a 60-inch cabinet base, removable stainless steel pan supports, electronic ignition, automatic blowdown, automatic water level control, and a 60-minute timer for each compartment. Its deck-mounted faucet valve, swing nozzle, and integral sink support water service and cleanup.
The construction includes a 304 stainless steel exterior, 316 stainless steel liners, 6-inch legs, adjustable flanged feet, and boiler safety controls. This equipment is intended for commercial use only.
