Cook-Top Power
- (3) 33,000 BTU open-top sauté burners (front row) for rapid searing and sauce work.
- (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners (rear row) sized for 14" stock pots and roll-boil speed.
- 36" left-mounted griddle with a ½" cold-rolled steel plate for all-day pancakes, burgers & more.
- Four removable cast-iron grate tops make clean-up fast and painless.
- Standing pilots on open burners for match-free ignition.
Dual Standard Ovens
- 45,000 BTU each with battery spark ignition—no hard-wiring required.
- Thermostat range: 175 °F – 550 °F (79 °C – 288 °C).
- Porcelain-enameled interiors (26" W × 26.5" D × 14" H) fit full-size sheet pans either way.
- Spring-assisted doors; one chrome rack included per cavity.
