Cook-Top Power

  • (3) 33,000 BTU open-top sauté burners (front row) for rapid searing and sauce work.
  • (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners (rear row) sized for 14" stock pots and roll-boil speed.
  • 36" left-mounted griddle with a ½" cold-rolled steel plate for all-day pancakes, burgers & more.
  • Four removable cast-iron grate tops make clean-up fast and painless.
  • Standing pilots on open burners for match-free ignition.

Dual Standard Ovens

  • 45,000 BTU each with battery spark ignition—no hard-wiring required.
  • Thermostat range: 175 °F – 550 °F (79 °C – 288 °C).
  • Porcelain-enameled interiors (26" W × 26.5" D × 14" H) fit full-size sheet pans either way.
  • Spring-assisted doors; one chrome rack included per cavity.

  • Stainless steel front, sides, 4" front rail & 22.5" flue-riser shelf.
  • Two front-mounted manual gas shut-off valves—service one side while the other cooks.
