Engineered for kitchens that never slow down, the Southbend Ultimate 72″ range combines the industry’s most reliable open-top burners with two high-performance convection ovens—all wrapped in a fully welded stainless-steel cabinet. From rapid sautéing to high-volume baking, this one piece of equipment does it all while saving valuable line space.

Unmatched Top-Of-Range Versatility

  • Six 33,000 BTU lifetime non-clog burners (front row) – patented one-piece cast iron design resists grease build-up and never needs drilling out.
  • Four 40,000 BTU Pyromax step-up burners (rear row) – ideal for stockpots and rapid heating without crowding the front rail.
  • 27″-deep cooking surface with four removable cast-iron grates; rear grates accept up to 14″ diameter pots.
  • Independent standing pilots for instant, match-free lighting.
  • Two front-mounted manual gas shut-off valves let you isolate either side of the range for service or energy savings.

Double Convection Performance

  • (2) 32,000 BTU convection ovens with battery-spark ignition—no external power needed for lighting.
  • 14″H × 26″W × 24″D porcelain-enameled cavities fit full-size sheet pans—both directions.
  • (3) heavy-duty nickel-plated racks per oven with 5-position side rails.
  • ½ HP, 1-speed fan motor (115 V, 5.9 amps total) for fast, even heat circulation; on/off fan switch allows standard-oven mode.
  • Thermostat range 175 °F – 550 °F.
