Smart Operation Tips

  • Keep oversized (12"+) cookware on the rear burners to prevent heat build-up at the front rail.
  • Never block charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are on—excess reflected heat can cause damage.
  • Install under a properly sized vent hood and maintain 10" clearance to combustible surfaces.
Cleaning Reminder: Do not use sheet pans to capture grease on the charbroiler. Excess heat reflection can permanently damage components and void warranty coverage.
