  • (2) Front-mounted manual gas shut-off valves—independent control for each side of the range.
  • Four removable drip trays under the cooktop make nightly cleaning fast and thorough.
  • 6" stainless-steel adjustable legs level the unit on any surface (casters optional).

Important: Never cover the charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are on—reflected heat can cause irreparable damage and void the warranty. When using cookware 12" or larger, keep it on the rear grates to prevent excess heat on the front rail.
