Built for high-volume kitchens that demand power, flexibility and rugged reliability, the Southbend Ultimate 472-series range (build ID 7706) puts 384,000 BTU of cooking performance in one 72" footprint. From sauté and stock production to finishing steaks on a true charbroiler, everything you need is under one hood.

Performance & Convenience

  • (6) patented 33,000 BTU non-clog cast-iron burners—lifetime clog-free design handles even the heaviest stock pots.
  • Integrated 36" radiant charbroiler (left) with removable cast-iron grates, 96,000 BTU and standing pilots—perfect for steaks, chops and menu-marking.
  • (2) full-size standard ovens (45,000 BTU ea.) with battery-spark ignition; porcelain interiors fit 18" × 26" sheet pans front-to-back or side-to-side. One rack per cavity included.
  • 27"-deep cooking surface with four extra-wide cast-iron grates—rear sections support stock pots up to 14".
  • 22-1/2" flue riser & heavy-duty staging shelf keep plates and smallwares within easy reach.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off valves (one per battery side) for fast service isolation.
  • All-stainless exterior (front, sides & shelf) and removable drip trays for fast cleanup.
  • (6) 6" stainless adjustable legs standard; optional heavy-duty casters available.
