Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate 72" range combines a high-performance 12-burner cook-top with two full-size convection ovens—delivering 460,000 BTU of cooking power in one rock-solid workstation. Heavy-gauge stainless construction, lifetime non-clog burners and a factory-installed regulator mean you can depend on this range shift after shift, year after year.
