Combine high-octane open-top power, a full-size steel griddle, and two cavernous ovens in one rugged chassis––all backed by Southbend’s legendary Ultimate Series engineering. This single station replaces multiple pieces of equipment, speeds service, and stands up to the toughest commercial kitchens.

Performance-Driven Features
  • Four patented 40,000 BTU Pyromax™ non-clog burners (160,000 BTU combined) deliver intense, even heat for searing, sautéing and rapid stock recovery.
  • Right-hand 24" x 27" griddle with ½" polished steel plate and raised splash for all-day pancakes, burgers or fajitas (48,000 BTU).
  • Two 45,000 BTU standard ovens with battery-spark ignition; 175 – 550 °F thermostats and porcelain-enameled, coved-corner interiors for easy cleanup.
  • Each oven fits full-size sheet pans either direction and ships with an adjustable rack (1 per oven).
  • 22 ½" flue riser & integrated shelf keeps sauté pans, plating trays or spices within arm’s reach.
  • All-stainless front, sides, rail & shelf plus 6" adjustable stainless legs for effortless under-range sanitation.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off, factory pressure regulator and dependable standing pilots simplify daily operation and service.
