• Charbroiler sections must be installed under a ventilated hood and used only in non-combustible locations.
• Never place sheet pans over the charbroiler grates while burners are on; reflected heat can cause damage not covered by warranty.
• Oversized cookware (12" Ø+) should be kept to the rear grates to avoid excess heat on the front rail.
