Unleash searing heat and all-day reliability with Southbend’s Ultimate 60" range. Four patented Pyromax burners, a spacious 24" griddle and a hard-working oven give chefs the versatility to sauté, grill, bake and finish every dish from one tough, stainless-steel platform.

Performance Highlights

  • 4 Pyromax open burners, 40,000 BTU each – three-piece, non-clog design with built-in drip ring.
  • 24" ½" smooth steel griddle (left side) with manual controls, raised splash and deep trough.
  • 45,000 BTU standard oven (right) – 175 °F – 550 °F thermostat, porcelain interior & one rack on two positions.
  • Stainless cabinet base beneath the griddle keeps cookware within reach.
  • Total input: 253,000 BTU/hr through one ¾" rear gas connection with factory-set pressure regulator.
  • Standing pilots on top, battery-spark ignition on oven – no electrical hook-up required.
