Built to power through peak service, Southbend’s Ultimate Series combines high-output Pyromax™ burners, a true broiler station, and a heavy-duty oven in one 60" wide workhorse. From searing steaks to finishing delicate sauces, this single platform delivers 269,000 BTU/h of cooking muscle while saving precious line space.

Installation Reminder: Unit must be installed under an appropriate vent hood and on non-combustible flooring with 6" legs (or casters). Charbroiler section is approved for non-combustible locations only.

Oversized cookware (12" +) should be used on the rear burners to prevent excess heat on the bullnose rail. Do not block the charbroiler grates with sheet pans while burners are on.
