Important safety & care notes
• Charbroiler sections must be installed under an approved ventilation hood and in non-combustible locations.
• Never cover the charbroiler grates with a sheet pan while burners are on; heat reflection will cause permanent damage.
• When using cookware 12″ or larger, place pots toward the rear to prevent excess heat on the front rail.
