Installation & Use Reminders
  • Must be installed under a vented hood; maintain 10" clearance from combustibles on sides and rear.
  • If mounting on a non-quarry tile floor, consult Southbend for approved leg/caster options.
  • Limit cookware larger than 12" to the rear burners to avoid excessive heat on the front rail.
  • Gas flex-hose (if used) must be minimum ¾" I.D. and include a restraining device.
