Important Installation & Use Notes
  • Install under a properly sized vent hood; charbroiler requires 0" rear / 10" side clearance to non-combustibles.
  • Keep cookware 12" or larger on rear grates to prevent heat damage to the front rail.
  • Do not place sheet pans over charbroiler grates while burners are on—excessive heat can cause permanent damage and void warranty.
