Important:
  • Charbroiler must be installed under a vented hood and against non-combustible surfaces.
  • Avoid allowing cookware larger than 12" to overlap the front rail—damage caused by trapped heat is not covered under warranty.
  • Do not cover charbroiler grates with sheet pans during cleaning; reflected heat can cause irreparable damage.
