  • Standing pilots and a front-mounted manual gas shut-off simplify daily start-up and service.
  • Four removable cast-iron grates and two full-width drip trays speed up clean-down.
Double Standard Ovens
  • 2 × 45,000 BTU ovens with battery spark ignition—no electrical hookup required.
  • Porcelain-enamel cavities (14" H × 26" W × 26 ½" D) accept full-size sheet pans both directions.
  • Each oven includes one heavy-duty rack with two positions; spring-assisted doors stay cool and close smoothly.

  • Rugged stainless-steel front, sides, 4" landing-rail and flue riser with overshelf (22 ½" high).
  • 6" adjustable stainless legs; optional casters available.
