Engineered for kitchens that run full-throttle from breakfast to last call, the Southbend Ultimate Range delivers uncompromising power, flexibility and durability in a single 60-inch footprint. Five high-output open burners, a full-service griddle and twin ovens let you sauté, sear, simmer, bake and roast without breaking stride.

  • 37" cooking surface height with a heavy-duty 4" stainless front rail keeps pans within easy reach.
  • 22½" flue riser with integrated stainless shelf adds convenient plating or utensil space.
  • Front-mounted manual gas shut-off and factory-installed ¾" regulator for safe, code-ready installation.
  • All-stainless exterior (front, sides, rail, riser, shelf & 6" adjustable legs) stands up to daily abuse and high-heat cleaning.
  • Standing pilots for open burners mean no electrical connection is required for the cooktop.
