Cook-Top Power & Flexibility

  • (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in the rear—patented, three-piece, clog-free design built for high-volume stock pots.
  • 24" right-side charbroiler (64,000 BTU) with cast-iron radiants for authentic grill marks and flavor.
  • Heavy, removable cast-iron grates; rear sections accept up to a 14" stock pot.
  • Standing pilots for open burners ensure instant, match-free lighting.

Double Standard Ovens

  • (2) 45,000 BTU ovens with battery-spark ignition—no electrical hookup required to light.
  • Porcelain-enameled cavities (26" W × 26.5" D × 14" H) for easy wipe-clean maintenance.
  • Includes one rack per oven with two rack positions.
  • Spring-assisted, counter-weighted doors stay cool and close smoothly.

Installation & Care Notes

  • Install under a properly sized, vented hood; charbroiler section requires a non-combustible location.
  • Maintain 10" clearance to combustibles on sides and rear (0" to non-combustibles).
  • Use rear burners for cookware 12" ⌀ or larger to protect front-rail components.
Cleaning Tip: Never block the charbroiler grates with a sheet pan while burners are on—reflected heat can cause irreparable damage and void the warranty.
