Built for chefs who need maximum versatility in a single footprint, the Southbend Ultimate Range pairs blistering open-top power with a steak-house-ready charbroiler and two full-size ovens—all wrapped in heavy-gauge stainless steel for years of demanding service.

All-Purpose Cooktop Power

  • (3) 33,000 BTU cast-iron Star/Sauté burners across the front for rapid, even heat.
  • (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in the rear—perfect for stock pots, woks and super-fast boils.
  • Left-side 24" charbroiler (64,000 BTU) with rugged grates for steaks, chops and vegetables.
  • Standing pilots for every open burner plus a single front-mounted gas shut-off for the entire range.
  • Removable cast-iron grates and full-width drip trays speed daily cleanup.

Dual Standard Ovens

  • (2) 45,000 BTU ovens with battery spark ignition—no electrical hookup required.
  • Porcelain-enamel cavities (14"H × 26"W × 26.5"D) fit full-size sheet pans front-to-back or side-to-side.
  • (1) rack supplied per oven on two position rails; spring-assisted doors stay balanced and cool.
  • Thermostat range 175°F – 550°F (79°C – 288°C) for baking, roasting and finishing.
