Installation Note: This equipment must be installed under a vented hood. For floors other than quarry tile, cement or natural stone, contact Southbend for approved mounting options.

• Use cookware 12" or larger on rear burners to avoid excessive heat on the front rail.
• Do not place sheet pans over the broiler grates while burners are lit; damage caused by improper cleaning is not covered under warranty.
