Engineered for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate 60-inch range delivers 289,500 BTU of tier-one fire power, a space-saving raised griddle/broiler, and the flexibility of both a full-size standard oven and a high-performance convection oven. Built on a stainless-steel frame with a one-year parts & labor warranty, this range is ready to thrive on the hotline from sunrise prep to the last ticket of the night.

  • Right-hand 32,000 BTU convection oven with battery spark ignition (includes 3 racks, 5-position rail).
  • Rugged, removable cast-iron grates—rear section accepts stock pots up to 14" Ø.
  • 22-½" flue riser with integrated stainless utility shelf keeps plates & smallwares within reach.
  • 4" deep stainless front rail & front-mounted shut-off valve for safe, convenient operation.
  • Factory-installed regulator, standing pilots on open tops, and a 6' cord/plug for the convection fan.
