A mixed burner layout gives you the versatility to knock out delicate sautés and rapid boils up front while keeping slow-simmering stocks rolling in the rear. Add a 24" thermostatic griddle and you have a single station capable of handling breakfast, lunch and dinner rushes with ease.

Important: Limit cookware 12" or larger to the rear burners to prevent excessive front-rail heat. Always install the range under a properly sized commercial vent hood and follow all local codes.
