Give every station on the line a boost with the Southbend Ultimate 60" restaurant range. This USA-built powerhouse unites blistering open-top performance, an even-heating griddle, a full-depth convection oven and handy base storage—all in one rugged, stainless-steel chassis.

Top-side firepower

  • (3) 33,000 BTU cast-iron star/sauté burners (front row) for fast, even pan work.
  • (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners (rear) engineered for woks, stock pots and rapid boils.
  • 24" × 24" smooth, ½" thick polished steel griddle (left side) with raised splash edges.
  • Standing pilots on all open burners plus factory gas regulator and front gas shut-off valve.
  • Total cook-top input: 259,000 BTU/hr (natural gas).

Full-size convection oven

  • 32,000 BTU convection chamber with battery spark ignition—no external power required to light.
  • Porcelain interior (14" H × 26" W × 24" D) fits full-size sheet pans either direction.
  • (3) chrome racks supplied; 5 rack heights for perfect pan placement.
  • 115 V, 5.9 A plug-in fan motor; on/off selector lets the cavity operate as a standard oven when desired.

  • 22½" flue riser with heavy-duty plate shelf keeps finished dishes hot and handy.
