Built for kitchens that refuse to compromise, the Southbend Ultimate Series packs heavy-duty power, rock-solid construction, and chef-friendly ergonomics into one 60-inch footprint. With open-top, high-output burners, a precision-controlled griddle, and two full-size convection ovens, this all-in-one range keeps sauté, sear, bake and roast production moving at peak speed.

Performance & Convenience

  • (3) 33,000 BTU cast-iron star/sauté burners (front) for fast, even heat distribution.
  • (2) 40,000 BTU Pyromax™ burners (rear) deliver intense, concentrated heat—ideal for stock pots and woks.
  • 24″ left-hand, ½″ polished steel griddle with thermostatic controls (175 °F – 550 °F) and 64,000 BTU input.
  • (2) 32,000 BTU convection ovens with battery spark ignition, five rack positions and three chrome racks each. Accepts full-size sheet pans either direction.
  • Standing pilots for the range top; battery spark ignition reduces utility requirements for the ovens.
  • 22-½″ flue riser with sturdy stainless shelf—perfect for keep-warm pans or smallwares.
  • Front-mounted main gas shut-off simplifies daily open/close routines.
  • Factory-installed gas pressure regulator included.

  • All-stainless front, sides, riser shelf and 4″ front rail resist corrosion and wipe clean fast.
  • (4) heavy, removable cast-iron grate tops—rear accommodates up to a 14″ stock pot.
  • Two full-length drip trays catch grease for a cleaner work surface.
