Engineered for high-volume kitchens that refuse to compromise, the Southbend Ultimate 60" Restaurant Range delivers a powerful 272,000 BTU of total cooking muscle in a single, versatile platform. From searing over patented Pyromax burners to perfectly holding temps on a 24" thermostatic griddle, this unit is built to keep service moving and chefs inspired.
