Built for the busiest kitchens, the Southbend Ultimate 60" Range delivers 272,000 BTU of precise, even heat across open burners, a high-output griddle and a heavy-duty bake oven—all wrapped in a fully-welded stainless-steel body that stands up to years of commercial abuse.
